The German Ski Association and the organizing committee of SC Obermaiselstein are pleased to invite

all the national freestyle associations to attend FIS Freestyle European Cup 2009 to be held at

Obermaiselstein / Grasgehren on December 11th & 12th 2009.

Rules: 1) The German Ski Association (DSV) and the organizing committee

of SC Obermaiselstein are organizing a Freestyle Europa Cup

Skicross competition for the 2009/10 FIS Freestyle Europa Cup

2) The dates of the Competitions have been published in the

International Calendar of the FIS.

3) The Competitions will be held under FIS rules and regulations for

freestyle skiing.

4) The Freestyle Europa Cup competition is an event of Ski Cross

for ladies and men

5) The organizing committee reserves the right to change the

schedule or the place of the events from those stated in the

program, subject to the snow conditions or the decision of the

competition jury.

Entries: Entries will only be accepted from National Ski Associations with the

official FIS Entry Form and must be submitted to the organizing

committee by e-mail no later than Tue., December 02, 2009.

Quota  20 competitors per nation (no gender regulation)

 Host Nation Quota + 10 extra

 Non European Countries (per nation) 8 women and 8 men

Method of Payments: Entry fee shall be paid to the organizing committee in cash (€) during the

Team Captain Meeting. Accommodation fee shall be paid directly to the

deposit per bib upon registration.

Ski Lift Tickets: Free of charge ski lift tickets for competitors and trainers will be provided on the

day of the competition.

Price Giving Award winning ceremonies will be right after the event at the Grasgehrenhütte

at the terrace

Insurance/Liability: All athletes, officials and other members of the national ski associations who

attend and participate in the competitions shall do so at their own risk. The

organizing committee SC Obermaiselstein and the German Ski Association

shall not be responsible for any losses or injuries incurred or suffered by any

athlete, official or other person in conjunction with the organisation or standing

of the event. Every competitor must have his/her own medical insurance. The

organizing committee and the German Ski Association decline any

responsibility for accidents, damaged equipment and second and third party

claims during the competitions. All athletes must have previously signed the

“FIS Athletes Declaration” form in order to be registered.
